Our firm, led by Head of ESG Priya Joseph, is philosophically aligned to promote ESG issues which are factors in our portfolio risk management process. Senior team members are directly involved in projects to support women and children in need, and we are very proud of Priya founding the Adhyan Foundation which has a trust-based philanthropy approach to reach out to as many people in an effective way.

Here at GAO, we also leverage technology as part of our ESG integration policy in line with MAS guidelines. By applying quantitiative methods to data sources, our truESG dashboard allows us to monitor change in ESG factors of invested entities real-time.
